Founded in 1966 by Dr. R. Irvin Morgan, Pathology Associates has continuously provided local communities and physicians within Northeast Texas and the DFW metroplex with superior diagnostic pathology services. Our practice has continued Dr. Morgan's legacy of providing high-quality laboratory services, expertise in pathology, and unwavering support of our clinician colleagues and the communities they serve.
All of our pathologists are board-certified by the American Board of Pathology in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. In addition, several of our pathologists have completed fellowship training and certification in specific subspecialties of pathology. At Pathology Associates, our staff also includes an experienced practice manager, histotechnologists, grossing assistant, courier, and clerical staff. Our helpful staff and pathologists are readily available for report inquiries, phone consultations, and service requests. An on-call pathologist is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and meets all regulatory requirements as outlined by CLIA 88 federal register.
